We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team, maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard across our sites. This role is offered on a seasonal temporary contract from March to October each year, with the opportunity to extend to full-time permanent for the right candidate. There are also additional winter night shift opportunities available for gritting work at £300 per shift!

Key Responsibilities:

General grounds maintenance and landscaping duties
Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and pruning
Litter picking and site tidiness
Operating handheld machinery and maintenance equipment
Supporting seasonal and reactive works as required

Essential Requirements:

Full, valid UK driving licence
Clear CRB/DBS check
Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Desirable (but not essential):

Tractor driving experience
Hard landscaping experience

What we offer:

£12.75 per hour
Monday–Friday daytime hours
Seasonal contract with potential for permanent employment
Optional winter night shifts (gritting)
